Fall 2008 Issue - Contents include a comprehensive update on St. Paul's including a copy of the questions sent by the EPOA to the Mayor's Committee on St. Paul's and their response, a history of St. Paul's from 1993 to the present day and all the options that have been reviewed to date. Also included are Board & Commission updates, a note on the EPOA's scholarship winner and a note on the launch of the EPOA's web site.
