At the EPOA meeting on November 18th, Creighton Manning provided a presentation and discussion focused on traffic conditions in the East, with particular attention to the Mott section. Several potential mitigation measures were introduced to residents, including speed humps, curb bump-outs, diagonal diverters, turn restrictions, and half-closures. These strategies would be implemented in targeted locations to help encourage drivers to remain on the main roads rather than using Mott section streets as a cut-through.
