EPOA Annual Meeting Scheduled for Monday, July 13th

The annual meeting of the Eastern Property Owners’ Association (EPOA) will be held on Monday, July 13th at 7:30pm at the St. Paul’s Field House (see COVID-19 guidelines note below). Come join the EPOA to hear updates on a variety of village matters from the East Trustees as well as from EPOA Officers and Directors. This will be the final meeting of the 2019-2020 term. In the event the meeting needs to be cancelled due to New York State requirements regarding gatherings, the EPOA will provide updates on its website (www.gcepoa.org).

At the July meeting, election of EPOA Officers and Directors for the 2020-21 term will be held.

The Officer nominees are President, Steve Ilardi, 139 Meadow Street; Vice President, Jonathan Debrich, 90 Huntington Road; Corresponding Secretary, Paul Dircks, 62 Saint James Street South; Corporate Secretary, Colleen Ciullo, 109 Huntington Road; Treasurer, Joe Courtade, 15 Kingsbury Road.

Director nominees serving new three-year terms: Andrew de Lannoy, 5 Maple Street.

Director nominees serving new two-year terms: Spiro Dorizas, 29 East Drive; Shane Pomeroy, 32 Boylston Street; June Reiter, 38 Spruce Street; Lauren Scarantino, 17 Chestnut Street.

New director nominees serving one-year terms: Eric Breusch, 5 Beech Street and Jose Iudica, 50 Prescott Street.

All nominations were conducted in accordance with EPOA by-laws by the 2020 Director & Officer Nominating Committee.

Note: Chairs will be set up 6 feet apart and there will be a sign in sheet for the purposes of contact tracing. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the Field House, so dress appropriately. The EPOA will do its best to provide a cool, breezy evening.
