The Eastern Property Owners’ Association (EPOA) has released its Spring 2026 newsletter, marking 108 years of continuous volunteer service and advocacy for Garden City's Eastern Section. Key updates include crucial village infrastructure progress, such as upcoming EPA groundwater remediation and the ongoing Edgemere Firehouse renovations. The newsletter also highlights strong community achievements, including the passage of the library renovation budget and the announcement of the 2026–27 school budget.
